Maltodextrin

MALTODEXTRINE – product of the enzymatic depolymerization of the starch–water suspension in the form of the white, free-flowing powder having good water solubility. Is produced according to the degree of hydrolysis in the following types: low-, middle- and high degree of saccharification.

  • in the production of food for children
  • component of any kind of pomades and layers in confectionery products,
  • the medium in the process of drying dyes, aromas and juices,
  • for the production of the food concentrates, soups and sauces, spices, etc.,
  • component of the nourishing tonic drinks and dietetic products,
